Library is the heart of the every institution. The Library of the Govt.ETEI, Patnagarh has a good collection of text books, reference books, Fiction, Children Section and Novel. It has more than four thousands of books and a good sitting capacity for students inside the library. The library is well equipped with computer system and internet facility. Library has subscribed monthly magazine subscription of Pratiyogita Darpan (English) and Samaj newspaper. Library provides good pure drinking water and photocopy service to the students. Student can issue 3 books for the time period of seven days. The faculty can issue 5 books for the time period of one month.
